This page is a starting-point template, not legal advice. It's written to accurately describe what this application's code actually does with your data (verified against the source, not generic filler) — but whether it satisfies TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state privacy laws, or any other applicable regulation depends on facts only Sandos Financial Inc. and its legal counsel can evaluate (how follow-up contact is actually made, what jurisdictions users are in, what's done with lead data after it leaves this app, etc.). Tax return documents

When you upload a Form 1040 (or similar document), it is processed in memory/temporary storage to extract the figures needed for this analysis (Social Security benefits, interest, dividends, capital gains, and related fields). The uploaded file is deleted immediately after analysis completes — it is not retained. If you choose to generate a PDF report, that report is stored only long enough for you to download it and is automatically deleted after 30 minutes. Neither the uploaded document nor the generated report is used for any purpose beyond producing your results, and neither is shared with any third party.

Contact information (name, phone, email)

The "Want a licensed professional to review this with you?" section on the results page is entirely optional. If you submit it, the name, phone number, email address, and any message you provide are used solely to follow up with you about the analysis you just ran. This information is sent to Sandos Financial Inc. either by email or, if email delivery isn't configured, held in a local file until Sandos Financial Inc. retrieves and follows up on it. Unlike the tax-document data above, this contact information is not automatically deleted — it persists per Sandos Financial Inc.'s own retention practices. It is not sold or used for purposes unrelated to following up on your request without your separate consent.

Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

By checking the consent box on the lead form, you agree that Sandos Financial Inc. (or someone acting on its behalf) may contact you by phone call, text message, or email regarding the analysis you requested, potentially using automated dialing, texting, or email systems. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Consent is not required to use the calculator itself — it is only required if you want a follow-up contact. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting jason@sandosfinancial.com directly.

Commercial email (CAN-SPAM)

Any commercial email sent as a result of your submission will identify Sandos Financial Inc. as the sender, include Sandos Financial Inc.'s postal address (1374 Shelbrooke Dr., South Jordan, UT 84095), use an accurate, non-deceptive subject line, and include a clear way to opt out of future email. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.

What this application does not do

This tool does not use advertising or analytics cookies, does not sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers, and does not use your tax-return data for any purpose other than generating the report you requested in the same session.

Third parties

If Sandos Financial Inc. has configured email delivery, your lead submission (if any) passes through that email provider's systems in the ordinary course of sending the notification — it is not otherwise shared. No third party has access to uploaded tax documents.
